My Role as a Freelancer
To design the complete “User Booking Flow” for Encalm mobile application from scratch.
Pre-requisites
My client provided me with their logo, color palette, and the font they use with a home screen as a reference. I then designed the user flow, wireframes, and final mockups with the prototype of all the screens relevant to the service booking process.

Key Takeaways (UI-UX Standpoint)
- It was my first full-fledged project as a freelancer for a working company, thus, it was a great exposure to how real design works.
- It helped in boosting both, my UX as well as UI skills as it was a comprehensive task including user understanding, creating user flow, and sketching wireframes to final mockups and prototypes.
- As real projects involve continuous feedback, they helped me rectify even minor mistakes and thus aid in polishing the eye for design.
- As it involved a complete flow of an app, I realized the power of a consistent design.
